Atoms and Molecules Chapter ke NCERT Solutions

Class 9 Science ka ye chapter bahut important hai kyunki ye chemistry ki basic understanding deta hai. Niche hum NCERT book ke exercises ke solutions discuss karenge.

Exercise 3.1: Atoms and Molecules ke Basic Concepts

Is exercise mein atoms, molecules, atomic mass, molecular mass, aur mole concept se related questions hain.

  • Question 1: Atomic mass unit kya hai? Answer: Atomic mass unit (amu) ek standard unit hai jo atoms aur molecules ke relative mass ko measure karne ke liye use hota hai. Isko carbon-12 atom ke mass ke 1/12th part ke roop mein define kiya jata hai.
  • Question 2: Ek atom ko aankhon se dekhna kyun mumkin nahi hai? Answer: Atoms bahut chhote hote hain, nanometer scale par, isliye unhein direct dekhna possible nahi hai. Unhein advanced instruments jaise electron microscope se hi dekha ja sakta hai.

Exercise 3.2: Writing Chemical Formulae aur Equations

Is section mein hum chemical formulae likhna aur balance chemical equations seekhte hain.

  • Question 1: Sodium carbonate ka chemical formula likhiye. Answer: Sodium carbonate ka chemical formula Na2CO3 hai.
  • Question 2: Hydrogen gas aur oxygen gas se water ka formation ka balanced equation likhiye. Answer: 2H2 + O2 → 2H2O.

Exercise 3.3: Molecular Mass aur Mole Concept

Yahan par hum molecular mass calculate karna aur mole concept ko apply karna seekhenge.

  • Question 1: Water (H2O) ka molecular mass calculate karein. Answer: Hydrogen ka atomic mass = 1u, Oxygen ka atomic mass = 16u. Toh water ka molecular mass = (2×1) + 16 = 18u.
  • Question 2: 180g water mein kitne moles hote hain? Answer: Water ka molar mass = 18g/mol. Toh moles = mass / molar mass = 180g / 18g/mol = 10 moles.

Exercise 3.4: Numerical Problems

Is exercise mein kuch numerical problems diye gaye hain jo concepts ko strengthen karte hain.

  • Question 1: 0.5 mole oxygen molecules ka mass calculate karein. Answer: Oxygen molecule (O2) ka molar mass = 32g/mol. Toh mass = moles × molar mass = 0.5 × 32 = 16g.
  • Question 2: 22g CO2 mein kitne molecules hote hain? Answer: CO2 ka molar mass = 44g/mol. Moles = 22g / 44g/mol = 0.5 moles. Molecules = moles × Avogadro number = 0.5 × 6.022×10^23 = 3.011×10^23 molecules.

NCERT Solutions ka Importance

Ye solutions students ko concepts clear karne mein help karte hain aur exam mein aane wale questions ki practice karte hain. CBSE board exams ki taiyari ke liye ye solutions bahut useful hain.

Key Points yaad rakhein

  • Atomic mass unit ko samjhein aur use karein.
  • Chemical formulae aur equations correctly likhna seekhein.
  • Mole concept ko numerical problems mein apply karein.
  • Regular practice se confidence badhega.

In solutions se aap apni understanding ko improve kar sakte hain aur science subject mein achi marks score kar sakte hain.
