Class 11 Nafsiyaat ki NCERT book manovigyan ke har bade kshetra ko chhu leti hai—koi kona nahi chhuta. Iska asli maqsad vidyarthiyon ko insaani vyavhar, sanskaran, smriti, soch, bhasha, aadharit drishtikon aur baaki maansik prakriyaon ki theek-thaak samajh dena hai. - Adhyay 2 is all about Manovigyan ki Vidhiyan—the methods psychologists actually use. You’ve got your main research approaches here: prayog, which is the experimental stuff, then avlokan, plain old observation. Don’t forget vaachan, the interview method, and prashnawali, those questionnaires everyone loves to fill out. That’s the core lineup, plain and simple.
- Adhyay 3 dives straight into the bedrock of psychology. We're talking jeevikiya—the biological stuff, the wiring. Then you've got vikasatmak, how we grow and change, and samajik, the social world that shapes us all along the way. It's a lot to unpack, sure, but this chapter lays it all out nice and clear.
- Adhyay 4 dives into the real nuts and bolts of growing up. It’s called Vikas ki Prakriya, and it walks you through everything that happens between balyavastha and kishoravastha. We’re talking about the whole package here—physical changes, sure, but also the cultural and social stuff that shapes who you become. Nothing gets left out.
- Adhyay 5: Sanskar aur Seeka. Yahan hum baat karenge sanskar ke vibhinn prakar, shikshan ke kuch ahem siddhant, aur phir un sabko vyavhar mein kaise utara jaaye. Theek hai, seedha mudde par aate hain.

You’ll look at the thinking process step by step, then move into practical ways to solve issues, and finally, explore what sparks original ideas. It’s a mix of logic and imagination, really.
- Adhyay 8 dheere se shuru hota hai—bhavnaon ki duniya mein, jahan har insaan roz utarta-chadhta hai. Is adhyay mein hum dekhhenge ki bhavna ka swarup kya hai, woh kaise apna roop dikhati hai, aur sabse bada sawaal—woh hamare vyavhar ko kis tarah badal deti hai. Kuch pal ki baat hai, ya umra bhar ka asar? Yahan wohi baat samjhi jaati hai, par seedhi bhasha mein.
Kyon Padhein Yeh Pustak?
Yeh pustak Class 11 CBSE psychology ke exam ke liye bilkul zaroori hai, isme koi shak nahi.
